Jaguar has unveiled the first image of the new XJ, which will debut in July 2009 and will go on sale in late 2009. Among the features are the aerospace-inspired aluminium body architecture and the panoramic glass roof.
Speaking at Auto Shanghai 2009, Jaguar Cars Managing Director, Mike O'Driscoll has confirmed that the all-new XJ will officially be revealed on July 9th in London and will go on sale at the end of 2009.
The new XJ will be powered by a range of Gen III gasoline and diesel engines such as the V6 diesel and 510 hp supercharged V8.
Highlights of the new model will include the new generation of Jaguar's aerospace-inspired aluminium body architecture, a choice of standard- or long wheelbase variants and a panoramic glass roof.
